Falko Richtberg is a german artist you will sooner or later stumble upon. It’s already been nine years, namely since 2001 when he started his first club residency in Mannheim’s legendary Tiffany Club, that the area’s nightlife cannot be imagined without him. Over the years, the degree of popularity rose and he became a fixed figure in the local, national and international night life. In 2004 he took another big leap forward when he played on the notorious party island Ibiza. In the same year he also played several gigs in French winter sports resorts like “La Plagne” or “Les Arcs” as well as in skiing regions in Switzerland. 2009 he played a lot of gigs in Ibiza and various other european countries again.
Since those days the star of this still young DJ kept rising.
Thanks to his natural sense for mixing and mixplacement and his ability of making the right choices as far as disc selection is concerned he was soon booked by hotspots all over europe.
Since late 2007 Falko is most likely to be found in his studio where he spends nights and days producing and remixing.
Early in 2008 he founded the project “STEREODUDES” with his colleague and longtime friend D.C.F. In addition to numerous own productions up for release in the course of the year both are busy remixing, like 2008..s and 2009’s NATURE ONE hymn „Das dreizehnte Land“ and “Wake up in yellow” which could be found on the festival’s CD.
Since January 2009 on, Falko's the producer and one of the four hosts of bigFM's new electronic music radio show "Tronic Love", that’s On Air every Thursday night from 8.45 to 11.45 pm. Tronic Love is the only and exclusive electronic music radio show on Germanys biggest private radio station: bigFM. The show is hearable on FM from the border to Switzerland in the south, up to Cologne and Bielefeld in the north. Worldwide of course, by internet stream.
His hot new project „Richtberg & Wojkowski“ which he founded together with his friend Sebastian Wojkowski is about to have ground breaking success. Within the first few months they were asked to remix house legends like Lenny Fontana and Jean Claude Ades. Their tracks appear on well known labels like Great Stuff Recordings, Amused Records, Nervine Records and many more. Have an eye on those two guys, as they will take over the place in the year 2010. That’s for sure!
